Senior Project Manager Bob Isakson More than 30 years experience with land development and residential construction. Currently  oversees infrastructure and development , including coordinating with city officers at The Heights at Stone Oak, San Antonio, Texas. Coordinates all phases of the project from earth, utilities, through final CO. Former Vice President  of Development and Construction for Centex and Oxford Development.
